Aerobics
A range of classes - many from BTS - including Body Jam, Body Step, Body Attack. Aerobics classes are designed to give you an enjoyable and challenging workout with different choreography and high and low impact alternatives - sometimes using a step platform with the options of varied heights. A continuous "stepping" motion has optimum training results with the workout being high intensity but low stress to the joints. Gives a great cardiovascular workout leaving you rejuvenated.
Dance
Dance classes let you get fit, improve your posture, balance and coordination while having great fun and meeting people too - AND you're learning some great moves to amaze your friends with next time you're on the dancefloor - perfect!
